Helle Steinbit

The Helle Steinbit is a fillet knife with a long, thin and flexible non-laminated blade. The curly birch handle has a cutout for the forefinger to give solid control when the hands are wet and slippery.  This knife comes with a genuine leather, Nordic style sheath as pictured.
