This is the economy version of the Lynx line, with a handle of stained birch (not curly), finger guard and semi-polished blade. It would be an excellent choice for the deer hunter on a budget. A finger guard can be nuisance for some tasks, but it’s almost a necessity when gutting large game. The stainless blade is about4 1/4" long,, 3/4" wide and .101" thick. The handle is about 5" long and sized for average or slightly larger hands. The knife weighs just 3 ounces, or 4 3/4 ounces in the sheath.
