Ragnar's Finnish Knife Catalog
This a big knife by Scandinavian standards, almost a foot long. The stainless blade is about 6 1/4" long, 1 1/4" wide, and .110" thick. The handle is an attractive combination of curly birch and flame hardened birch. Its almost 5 1/4" long and sized for somewhat larger hands. This is more a Lappish Leuku than a puukko. It would make a good camp knife for butchering or light chopping. It weighs about 6 1/4 ounces, or 9 1/4 ounces in the sheath.
