Roselli R770 The Garlic Knife

The Roselli Garlic Knife is made for cutting garlic cloves, but would make an excellent detail carving knife. It would be ideal for the "carved engraving" often seen on wooden spoons and other kitchen artifacts. The knife weighs less than an ounce. It's supplied with a small cutting board and leather blade guard.
