Samson SAMS-12BR with loop for firesteel

SAMS-12BR is wider still. Still about 7 in deep.  It's shown here with the Bushcraft Black. It comes with a solidly attached loop for a fire steel. The loop is a firm fit on the 5/16" diameter Mora firesteel. It would be TIGHT fit for the Light-My-Fire 3/8" diameter fire steel. The firesteel is sold separately. It's not included with the sheath.

The larger image shows the optional dangler. The dangler drops the sheath a bit over 4", and allows it to move freely for comfort when sitting. If you are backpacking, it may also allow you to use the sheath when wearing a waist band on your pack.
