The knife comes sharp and ready to work.  Waxed curly birch handle. The Brown leather belt sheath has a plastic insert for the blade and the belt loop can fit up to 1 3/4" belt. I immediately liked this one

The handle of the Martitni Handy didn't feel right in my hand, I should have guessed that from the photo. The Karesvando Vasittu that I just received feels like it was made for my hand. It has a short thin blade that I prefer and overall is very attractive. I know the steel is excellent because I have two other Karesvando knives that I use, and have given one to a friend, an experienced Alaska hunter, who loves it
