INOX PRO was a brand created to compete with some of the top Kitchen/Butcher Knives in the world. INOX Steel has been used for over 100 years and is a great choice for Kitchen/Butcher Knives. The steel is extremely stain resistant, easy to maintain, holds an edge very well, but yet is also easy to sharpen. We have been quite impressed with them overall.
