JL Knives Custom Puukko #3

Jesse Lerman has been buying our blades for some time now and as soon as we started seeing pictures of his work, We immediately knew we had to offer them for the world to see. Jesse sure is a master at his craft. These puukko's are traditional, great users, and absolutely beautiful.

This knife started as a Lauri Carving 80mm Stainless blade from Finland. The handle is absolutely beautiful and made of stabilized Canadian Silver Maple with Leather and G10 spacers leading to the Bolster and pommel. The smooth transitions are pretty amazing. 

The bolster and pommel are Nickel Silver and the tang is properly and very cleanly peened at the pommel. Total length of knife: 7.25in

The Sheath is black veg-tanned leather, hand sewn, hand stitched, with a brass D-ring holding on a nice dangler. The Puukko fits about perfectly into the sheath to be sure it will not come out by accident.

Quite the piece of art that is made to be used.
