Old Hickory-7504 4" Paring Knife

I was happy to find these knives - I previously had these from my dad and lost them in a fire. They last forever and will hold an edge like no other. Dad always said - you will cut yourself quicker with a dull knife than with a sharp one! These can be sharpened easily and hold the edge beautifully.

We knew it wae a second. Usually the defect is tiny. Here the blade isn't set quite straight. But it still works ok. Wish there had been non-seconds available. I will miss this brand. Service was excellent.

Ontario knives moved to Virginia

Ontario Knife Company, makers of Old Hickory, has sold. If you want a brand new American made knife, unless you’re waiting around for the foreign made copies. God help this country. We seem unable to help ourselves nowadays.
