Description
Dan from Pecks woods has been doing some wonderful leather work for years. He is now making some rustic custom knives! All of his handle material is found and collected in upstate New York!
Now this is quite the sheath and amazing leatherwork!
This knife is started with the well know and great steel from a Lauri Carving 95mm High Carbon blade. The Handle is made from a couple well placed pieces of Whitetail Antler, Leather Spacers, and Brass Bolster.
This piece of antler fits excellent in my MED sized hands.
This one also comes with an great spark throwing ferro rod mounted in a antler tine, and Hewlett 2 sided (Med/Fine) sharpening stone in a front pouch.
This beautiful and well decorated Leather sheath is pouch style, hand dyed, hand tooled and hand stitched. The sheath will accommodate a belt up to 2 1/2in. (This general pouch Style is great to fit most any similar sized knife but yet the knife is held in securely and will not come out unintentionally.
Quite a rustic and traditional looking piece
