Skala Custom Knives - Helle Harding / Kudu Horn - #170

Ron Skala has been making these custom knives for years! Using mostly bone/antler handles, he sure has it figured out.

This knife starts with a Triple-Laminated Helle Hardox stainless steel blade. Just like #164 and 165, I would have to say, this knife in unlike any other that you have held in your life. He used one solid piece of Kudu Horn with an Acrylic Spacer for this handle with Aluminum Finger guard.

This Kudu Horn also has a substantial twist from the front to the back but it is somehow pretty comfortable in the Right Hand OR Left Hand. Surely one that your friends do not have! I am really beginning to enjoy these Kuda Horn knives.

The well pronounced finger guard and is hand made out of Aluminum that he was able to salvage and Mill himself.. This comes with a very decorated hand stitched Brown sheath. The knife fits into it perfectly and securely. You can be sure this one will not come out on accident. Another awesome piece for the price.
