I have carried Roselli knives in the Ragweed Forge lineup for years because they are exactly what a working knife should be. Each blade is forged in Finland and finished by hand, leaving the forge scale on the upper blade for a rugged, honest look.
The standard Roselli line uses Krupp W75 high-carbon steel, hardened to 59–62 HRC for excellent edge retention and easy sharpening. The UHC (Ultra High Carbon) line takes this even further with 1.5–2% carbon content, hardened to 64–66 HRC for extreme sharpness that lasts.
