If you’re reading this, you have probably been researching this little knife. I have had mine for about one year. I have used it in the kitchen to get a feel of it. Slicing fruit, and chopping vegetables. It’s a small knife, so it’s more of a pairing knife, not an Ulu. If you take your time, it will do the work. I forced a patina with vinegar so it wouldn’t rust, but still dry it thoroughly. It’s easy to sharpen, great in the hand, and has a wonderful, simple design. Timeless really. Cheers from Chicago.
