Thacker Knives #5 Stainless Chef's Knife

Warren Thacker has been a customer and knife maker as long as I can remember. This past spring, we finally met at the Blade Show in Atlanta. I saw some of his work and knew you all would love to see it as well. We are now offering some of his pieces.

This 8" Chef's knife is a versatile, multi-purpose knife for the kitchen.  The deep heel provides plenty of clearance for knuckles, and the 440 C stainless steel blade has excellent edge retention with maximum corrosion resistance.  The stabilized high figure curly birch provides a stylish, comfortable grip.  Blade is ⅛" thick at the spine with a flat grind to a fine, sharp edge.

So comfortable it makes me want to cook! This comes zipped up in a black padded case for travel.
