Sharpening - Two Sided Diamond Plate from Hewlett MED/COARSE

Another Version of the 2 sided Diamond Sharpener. This one here has a Coarse (230 grit) one one side and Med (600 grit) on the other. I started using this stone on some of the knives that really needed some work and then would touch them up on an arkansas stone after for the fine work. It truly makes quick work of a rough knife and the Med Grit will put quite a nice edge on if this is your only stone.

This one makes some quick work of touching up our throwing hawks!

It's 4" long, 1 1/4" wide, and less than 1/16" thick (.055"). The plate and it's plastic sleeve weigh about 1 1/4 ounces. Made in the USA.
