Dampened outside leather with warm water. Wrapped knife with kitchen plastic wrap. Inserted blade in sheath to wanted position.
Set everything on a heavy rubber work mat. Place a 3/8-inch dowel on the outside sheath next to the inserted blade. Topped with dense foam and 200 pounds of gym weights for 24 hours. I air-dried the sheath and did a quick dunk of the complete sheath in liquid SnoSeal. Air dried in house for a week and buffed outside leather with old belt leather.

Beautiful and useful jasper sharping stones. Great gifts that will last a few lifetimes.

This is a great knife to gift to someone just getting into wilderness living skills. I love the high scandi grind and thinness of this blade. Handle is not rubber like a mora but a stippled plastic.

So happy with the shape and thickness of this blade. This is going to be my every day carry

Nice little Bushcraft knife, very sharp out or the box, does fuzzy sticks really good, the size is perfect. But that sheath, awesome in my opinion it has a unique holding device, when you put your knife in it locks extremely tight no rattling.

I bought this knife sometime back and it has proven to be just as good as my KS8 old-fashioned. this knife is perfect for the weekend and also for fishing and smaller camp chores. The quality fit and finish are just as good as it big brothers and because it is not as big as the 8 inch of course it’s not as intimidating or out of place outside in a normal urban environment, but as always, please check your local laws laws. The knife came very sharp and I truly believe Stronming has the best looking sheath, the Sami flag colors add a true touch of class to a proud people.

These Lauri blades hold a good edge and sharpen easily. They're just soft enough to cut with a file which makes any cleanup or mods simple enough. I added a distal taper, made the bevel slightly more acute, and add a rhombic cross section but they're also a good to go solid knife out of the box. Service and delivery time are fantastic and you can't beat the price!

These knives are a tremendous value! For the price they can't be beat in quality, usability and durability.

Love the size,weight and color (dusty blue) of this little knife, very sharp out of the box, prefer this regular scandi grind rather than the compound grind of the Eldris S. May sharpen the spine for scraping a ferro rod. Great service from Ragweed Forge, as usual!
