11818: The Fishing Comfort 90 Fillet Knife has a short 3 3/8" semi-flexible blade, 050" thick at the base. Like most fillet knives, it comes with a flat ground blade. The handle is the same as the same as the Comfort series shown above. The blade is the same as the Craftline Flex knife shown above. I think the Craftline handle would provide a better grip when wet or slippery.

Fillet? More like “fill it”. Your cart, that is. With this knife.

This knife was purchased for me as a gift from Ragweed Forge. I love the standard flex knife blade and I love the companion style handle. This knife gives the best of both worlds. The blade shape is subtly different, but not in a particularly meaningful way. It’s referred to as a fillet knife, but it’s just a fantastic general purpose light duty knife, much like its cousin, the flex knife. Don’t miss out on a very functional knife because of the name. Great food prep knife, and it zips through cardboard.
