This is a classic craft knife with a barrel-shaped handle made from linseed-oiled birch – a material you can customise by painting or carving your own patterns into it. The 2 mm thick carbon steel blade offers great control, while the substantial finger guard adds an extra layer of safety. A dependable and personal knife for woodworking, crafts, and everyday chores.
All-around knife for craftwork, carving and everyday use
No. 201 is a go-to favorite for craftwork, carving, and everyday use. The 99 mm blade and full tang provide solid stability, while the carbon steel offers long-lasting sharpness and is easy to resharpen. The integrated finger guard keeps your grip safe and steady – making this knife both practical and reassuring to use.
German carbon steel for lasting sharpness
The 99 mm blade is 2 mm thick and made from German carbon steel (C100S). After heat treatment at our factory in Mora, Sweden, the blade reaches a hardness of 58.5 HRC. Carbon steel is known for excellent sharpness and easy maintenance – but it will rust if exposed to moisture. To keep your knife in top shape, always wipe and oil the blade after use.
