Sheath - Kydex Sheath for Mora Companion (Black)

I am an engineer. My favorite definition of engineering is, "The ART of executing a practical application of scientific knowledge." I am usually impressed with molded plastic, Kydex, or leather sheaths when I take time to carefully examine them and note their features, fit, and finish. Yet this one is definitely near the top of the scale. It is beautifully cut and molded, and edges are finished, with no apparent glitches anywhere. Plus the design is clean and neat, with even an adjustment bolt to change the sheath opening to suit your preference. Of course, Redbeard always deals in quality, so it makes sense. This is a very simple, practical, creative sheath, and I was as impressed with it as I expected to be. 👍

I am familiar with Mora sheaths: good enough but not amazing. This Kydex sheath is so versatile that I’ve have only been carrying my new companion because it’s so comfortable. I found out the sheath pivots so I can carry it cross draw if I need to, or just take it off my belt without feeling like I’m taking off my pants in public. Very handy and I highly recommend it.
