Great feel and balance

The handle has a nice satin feel to it, which is great for grip compared to highly polished handles. My hands are on the larger side, but the handle is just about perfect for me. Blade is sturdy and I do love the heat treat char. Overall this is a beautiful yet hardy feeling knife that is going to spend some time working in the mountains with me.

Wood Jewel Reindeer Herder knife

Saw this on the Ragweed Forge site and liked the look,ordered it ,and liked the feel.
With the finger cut out in the handle,it locks into the hand,so it would be harder for it to slip. Grip is very nice and feels natural. Blade is of a nice length,maybe a little long for whittling but not unmanageable. I would be confident using in any circumstances . I believe that with this knife, and appropriate skill set,not many tasks are unachievable.
The knife is beautiful, and comfortable in hand.
