Järvenpää knives are handmade in Finland, continuing the proud tradition of the puukko, a tool deeply embedded in Finnish culture and daily life. Crafted by Iisakki Järvenpää, one of Finland’s most respected makers, these knives combine traditional styles with modern manufacturing precision.
Blades are available in either high-carbon steel for exceptional sharpness or AISI 420 stainless for better corrosion resistance. Both types are hardened to 57 to 58 HRC for dependable edge retention and easy sharpening. Each knife comes with a sturdy leather sheath designed for secure, comfortable carry in the Finnish tradition.
