An old timer asked us to get the Old Hickory Bird and Trout knives in and I now know why! I was quite happy to see this when it became available. Out of the three new sheathed Old Hickory's, this one is the smallest and most flexible. The handle size is similar to their paring knives but the blade sure is not. The thinner blade could easily be used for cleaning birds or brook trout on the edge of the creek with the fire going!

This knife blade has a satin finish.This Old Hickory also comes with a nice brown sheath with belt loop as pictured. It is also quite unnoticeable on the hip
