Knife is great, just like my other Hello Knives. This knife is to take the place of a bird and trout knife. I need a stainless blade to process upland game and waterfowl. The blade tip works great for starting at the breast to begin skinning. Able to pierce the skin and start upward. I am a size XL in gloves and this handle fits well. I like the butt end on it. Sheath is good quality. Small belt loop or neck style carry. I don't plan to carry this knife. I plan to use it after the hunt or fish.

Great Camp Knife

This is a great camp knife. I had one, that was unfortunately lost on a trip to the Rockies. I actually use it as a kitchen knife, when I do not have it camping or hiking. I usually have to fight my Wife for it when I plan a trip.

Amazing quality for price

As any other Helle knife, it is constructed with quality materials and care! They did a great job creating a traditional style “work/tool knife” and it seems versatile enough to handle any outside, camping, feathersticking, carving, skinning tasks! Ragweed Forge and Redbeard shipped it almost immediately with great customer service! A must buy for sure!

Simple and classic

The Tollekniv is a light and useful knife. Arrived very sharp! The sheath is nice and holds the blade well. The 12C27 steel sharpens easily and doesn’t seem to chip easily at all. Ragweed Forge has excellent customer service- buy with confidence.

Fits HD Companion

This sheath also fits the Companion HD, which has a slightly fatter handle than the standard companion. I wet formed it and it is holding its shape nicely. Good thick leather.

I'm a huge fan of the the Mora Eldris, and wanted to make something similar, but with my own spin. I make magic wands, and I look at my carving knives as my wands. I handled it with bog oak, lapis lazuli, and silver.

Great Blade!

This is a great all-around blade, hunting, bushcraft, just general use. Mine came quite sharp, and I have cleaned the black off for a polished blade. I have not completed shaping and installing the Bocote scale blanks I got from RF as well, but the knife will be a stunner when its done! Fast shipping, well packed as always.

The Helle Tollekniv is an all around utility knife with a polished Sandvik blade. The handle is smoothly sanded and has a nicely mellow finish. The slotted, genuine leather sheath will accept belts up to about 1 3/4". This is about all the knife anyone needs!
