John Lisack Custom #8 Neck Knife/Belt Knife

John Lisack has been a customer for quite some time now. He started sharing pictures of his work and here we are! These are simple knives but he really takes the time to match the blade to the handle for a comfortable fit!

This one started with the well-known Lauri Carving 84mm Stainless Steel Blade.  The Handle is made from a whitetail tine and maintains the unique antler Characteristics all the way from the blade to the tip of the tine. Brass Bolster

As you can tell by the total length of the knife, the handle is quite long, coming in at 5 3/8" but because of the great shape of the tine, it is quite neat and not in the way at all.

The Brown leather neck sheath is great! Soft, comfortable leather to lay nicely against the chest. This sheath comes with 2 leather thongs. One is short so it can be set to be carried on the belt and the other is a normal neck knife length so it can be used to carry around the Neck. Pretty unique feature! All you have to do is switch the thongs by untying and retying a knot!
