North Wolf Large Bird head Puukko #18

John Myshkoff has a passion for not just making usable puukko's but they must be as attractive as they are ready for work.

This knife was started with a High Carbon Lauri 126 Rhombic Blade. The whole blade was hand polished to 800x and then a scotch-brite gray satin. It sure is Clean!

The Handle is made out of a beautiful piece of spalted Birch with and Ebony bolster and Red Fiber Spacer that just fits in perfectly. 

The Sheath is made from Brown Buffalo, Pouch style Belt Sheath with a hand carved wooden insert. This sheath fits the knife just perfectly.

This is an absolutely beautiful Piece. We can not say enough about John's work.
