Rick has been a wood worker and knife builder for many years. I was quite surprised with the creativity when the first batch of knives was sent. Every one of his knives we have seen have exceptional craftsmanship and is beyond creative.
As we mentioned, Rick is creative.. This knife was started with a Lauri carving 54mm Carbon Blade. The handle and sheath are quite a small package made 100% out of Walnut Wood. For such a small piece, this shows excellent craftsmanship and creativity.
This one is a beautiful piece but not as tight in the sheath as others so I do not feel it could be worn as a neck knife in its current condition as the knife could fall out of the sheath.
There is currently a short leather lanyard that can be hung around the neck or that can be cut off and it would easily side into a pocket.
